Question: How do you feel?
Answer: Through touch and vibration.
Question: Okay, then, how are you FEELING?
Most people don’t know because they hide their feelings, not only from others but, more tragically, from themselves.
It is better to embrace, not resist, your feelings, however good or bad.
Without the contrast of sometimes feeling bad, you wouldn’t know what feeling good is like.
As for myself: I feel blessed.
Question: How’s your health?
Answer: Like a finely tuned orchestra with the occasional discordant clinker.
Question: What do you wish for?
Answer: I’m grateful for all I have.
Question: How are things going?
Answer: The way they were always meant to be.
Question: What’s the solution?
Answer: Acceptance of what is.
Question: What’s the point?
Answer: For this I’m tempted to carry a sharpened pencil and point to its point.
But the point is, you are here to silence your mind, live (or be) in the moment and awaken to the spirituality within yourself.
So take that sharpened pencil and with it empty all your negative thoughts into a notebook. Pay no attention to grammar, spelling, punctuation or syntax. Just write as you would spontaneously talk.
Write what you are angry about. Write about whatever hurt you carry. Write about all the things you fear. Get it all out. When you’re done, tie it up in a bundle, toss it into the flames of a hearth and watch your anger, hurt and fear go up in smoke.
